Event Description
Great leaders—the truly successful ones who are in the top 1 percent—all have one thing in common: They know that acquiring and keeping good people is a leader’s most important task. With that in mind, the most essential message of this workshop is this: You can’t do it alone.
Why do some people achieve great personal success, yet never succeed in making an impact in their organization or building a business? Developing leaders is essential to make a great and lasting impact. The leader sees the big picture, but he or she needs other leaders to help make their mental picture a reality.
Take this journey of personal growth with me. In this training course you will be challenged not only to learn about developing leaders but also to take the action steps necessary to invest in the potential leaders around you. You’ll learn principles that have been tested and proven again and again.
You will be asked some tough questions and learn:
- The Leader’s Key Question.
- The Leader’s Toughest Challenge.
- The Leader’s Primary Responsibility.
- The Leader’s Lasting Contribution.
AND MORE.
The time you spend with this material will prove to be a worthy investment.
Participants will receive 7 PDCs (SHRM) for attending the entire workshop.
