TSA is seeking federal volunteers who may be interested, willing and available to participate in The Explosive Detection K-9 Program at the Dallas Ft. Worth Airport. DFW Airport is required to conduct approx. 4-6 tests per month. The testing times are run at a pre-determined time usually between 0500am-1830pm. Role players may be comprised of U.S. Federal, State, Local Government employees; and/or Active Duty Military members.
TSA is looking for decoys to do training with their TSA K9 Handlers at DFW Airport. If you are available and would like to volunteer, please email Omy Ramirez at TSADFWK9@tsa.dhs.gov with the dates/times you are available. These will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If you are signing up for a decoy assignment during your work hours, please get approval BEFORE you send an email with your choice of date/time. This will prevent last minute cancellations.
